PRP Therapy (Platelet Rich Plasma therapy) for facial rejuvenation
PRP or Platelet Rich Plasma is a concentration of platelet cells taken from your blood, and these platelets have growth factors that may help in the healing process of damaged skin and activate & rejuvenate cells in the body.
The growth factors, when released, induce the production of collagen and generation of new capillaries to rejuvenate the skin. Growth factors are chemicals that signal the body to initiate a healing response. By injecting PRP into one area, it stimulate and optimize your body’s ability to heal the old damaged skin
In Patient Procedures
Liposuction (Conventional and Laser liposuction)
Also known as suction lipectomy or lipoplasty, liposuction can help sculpt the body by removing unwanted fat from specific areas that are resistant to diet and exercise. These areas include the abdomen, hips, buttocks, thighs, knees, upper arms, chin, cheeks and neck.
Tummy-Tuck(Abdominoplasty)
A protuberant abdomen can be due to excess fat, weak abdominal muscles, or excess skin from large weight loss. A tummy tuck, or abdominoplasty, removes excess fat and skin while tightening the underlying muscles. The surgery is particularly helpful to women who have had multiple pregnancies and have stretched out their abdominal muscles
Rhinoplasty
The size and shape of your nose is considered by many to be the most defining part of your face. A nose job, or rhinoplasty, can reduce or increase the size of your nose, change the shape of the tip or bridge, narrow the span of the nostrils, or change the angle between your nose and your upper lip. It may also correct a birth defect or injury, or help relieve breathing problems.eyelids (Blepharoplasty) Nose-Job(Rhinoplasty)
Blepharoplasty
Blepharoplasty, also known as eyelid surgery or eyelid lift, is a cosmetic procedure that removes or tightens sagging skin around the eyes, resulting in a smoother, more taut appearance.
Face Lift
A Facelift procedure or Rhytidectomy is intended to address the effects of aging in a patient's lower face, neck and jowls. As we age, the factors of time and gravity result in a loss of facial muscle tone and skin elasticity. The cheeks begin to sag creating jowls and distorting the jaw line. Loose skin appears in the neck, often referred to as a double chin or “turkey neck.” Deep creases between the nose and mouth or below your lower eyelid may form. Face lift surgery can “set back the clock” by rejuvenating the face, improving the most visible signs of aging by removing excess fat and skin, tightening underlying muscles, and redraping the skin of your face and neck, thereby restoring your more youthful facial contours.
Breast Lift(Mastopexy)
Breastlift, or mastopexy, is a surgical procedure to raise and reshape sagging breasts--at least, for a time. (No surgery can permanently delay the effects of gravity.) Over the years, factors such as pregnancy, nursing, and the force of gravity take their toll on a woman's breasts. As the skin loses its elasticity, the breasts often lose their shape and firmness and begin to sag.
Breast Augmentation
Also known as breast augmentation or augmentation mammoplast or “boob job”, breast enlargement can help women who are unhappy with the size or shape of their breasts. For many women, breast size is an important part of feeling good, desirable and normal. Having a breast augmentation can greatly improve self esteem in these cases.
Breast Reduction(Reduction Mammoplasty)
Breast reduction, also known as reduction mammaplasty, is a procedure to remove excess breast fat, glandular tissue, and skin to achieve a breast size in proportion with your body and to alleviate the discomfort associated with overly large breasts.
Enlarged male breast Reduction(Gynaecomastia) by Liposuction /mini-incision
Gynecomastia occurs in males and is caused by an endocrine disorder that causes enlargement of benign breast tissue. Approximately 70 percent of adolescent males have some amount of breast development when they begin to enter puberty. Both newborns and adolescent boys experience an increase in female hormones at these times and can experience temporary breast enlargement. This only lasts for a short period of time, however.

Small chin (Filler/Fat/Implant)
Chin implants -Specially designed, biocompatible implants are used to alter the planes of the face during a chin implant procedure.During chin implant surgery (also known as mentoplasty), a small silicon implant is used to add definition to the area.
Facial Cosmetic Suturing/ Scar revision
Scar revision surgeries minimize scar tissues and helps to make more closely resemble the surrounding skin texture and color.Scars often remain long after a wound as healed. They are visible reminders of the event and they can develop in extremely unpredictable ways. They are often the result of poor healing and can be extremely unsightly. Even wounds that heal nicely can scar. Scars can be dark, raised, recessed and vary in size from the original wound.
Auto fat transfer (Face/Hands)
Fat Grafting is a procedure involving the harvesting, purification, and injection of fat from one area of the body into another part of the body. Often times, the injection site is on the face. The entire procedure is usually quick, simple, and involves very little discomfort or scarring.
Dimple creation
It is possible to surgically create permanent dimples, and the surgical procedure to create dimples is very simple and straightforward when done properly. Dr. Aharonov can perform dimple creation surgery in his Beverly Hills office under nothing more than just local anesthesia.
A natural dimple is usually formed when there is a small defect in the cheek musculature (most often the buccinator muscle). The skin overlying this small defect is stuck down to the underlying connective tissue and creates a dimple in the skin with facial animation (smiling).
Scar Revision

Post weight loss (Bariatric) body contouring Surgery
Dramatic weight loss has many benefits. But after weight reduction surgery, or any substantial amount of weight loss, the skin and tissues often lack the elasticity to conform to the reduced body size.
Surgical body contouring following major weight loss removes excess sagging fat and skin while improving the shape of the underlying support tissue. The result is a more normal appearance with smoother contours.
